As a United States-based organization, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ is subject to U.S. economic sanctions, laws, and regulations. Therefore, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ is prohibited from providing services from Sanctioned Persons unless specifically licensed or otherwise authorized by the U.S. government. If a Sanctioned Person attempts to create an ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ account, register for a test, or otherwise purchase or obtain goods or services from ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ or a U.S. financial institution may block the registration or payments submitted by or for such Sanctioned Persons. If payment isn’t blocked, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ is required to cancel the registration/account and may not be able to refund the payment.
