The Assistant Director of Recruiting in Law School Admissions will prioritize the recruitment of students from communities which are underrepresented in legal education and the legal profession through direct contact with students as well as research and development of strategy. The Assistant Director of Recruiting serves as an ambassador for Notre Dame Law School and for the University by promoting the mission of the School.

The Assistant Dean for Admissions is responsible for all aspects of the Law School’s process of recruiting and enrolling students, including: execution of strategic enrollment plan; recruitment, selection, enrollment, and retention of a highly qualified and motivated student body; the integration of marketing and recruitment strategies with existing and developing communications and social networking elements, overseeing the admissions team and day-to-day operations, driving enhancements in process, technology, and the use of analytics.

This Assistant Dean of Admissions leads the Admissions team in the Law School at Vanderbilt University and is the senior administrator responsible for overseeing the entire law school admissions process, including recruitment, application review, selection of students, and managing the admissions team, with a primary focus on ensuring the incoming class aligns with the school's academic standards and strategic goals. This position reports directly to the Dean of the Law School.
